Exhibition in Longueuil, Canada

In July and August 2005, the City of Longueuil in Quebec, Canada exhibited 50 works by Raymond de Longueuil at St Mark's rectory in the borough of Vieux -Longueuil.

The City of Longueuil announced the exhibition of Raymond Grant, Baron de Longueuil, a descendant of French explorer Charles Le Moyne, in collaboration with the borough of Vieux -Longueuil , the history of Longueuil, SODAC and the Association Québec-France Company.

"We are honored and proud to present the works of Raymond de Longueuil, who was generous enough to allow us to make the move to see us concede for the first time the arms of Charles Le Moyne, founder of Longueuil ," said Mayor Longueuil, Jacques Olivier." Following his death last fall, his son, Michael Grant, had the idea to inform us that his father wanted to share his works to the citizens of Longueuil, a proposal that we welcome," continued the Mayor .
